Magical Triangle

Hello E-Learning community,
I want to built a magical triangle. On each Corner of the triangle is one factor. Everytime I adjust one factor, e.g. decrease this variable with a slider or otherwise. The other two factors on the Corner increase.
In other words when one Corner (factor) will be moved to the middle (decrease), the other two Corners (factors) will be moved to the outside (increase).
I hope this was understandable.
Since I am a not really an expert, I have no idea how to implement this. Can anybody help me?

Hi Matthew,
thank you for your help. The basic principle is something like the part on "Why Wellness matters" with the slider. But I want it in a web diagram and where I can adjust every factor. The effect should be pretty much like in the example below.
