Need interaction advice FAST!

Jan 23, 2015

Hello,

I'm new to Storyline and trying to find a good way to make the interaction in some of my quiz questions higher level thinking.  Fill-in-the-blank won't work because we have 1-5 word responses--too frustrating and time consuming for nurses.  Word bank is an option, but not preferable.  Need something higher level or more interactive that will allow multiple word responses.  See attached for the example question and potential answers.

I would suggest a nicely designed freeform drag and drop.

A simple example would be to have a pool of words on the left of the slide that you can drag and drop on to a silhouette of a human body (or other relevant image) on the right.

Another option would be a pick many activity where you could have a pool of words that the learner must choose from. For both examples you could include red herrings to increase the difficulty.

Thank you David. This is very helpful!
