'Next' Button functionality
Jan 10, 2018
Hi all,
I am trying to build some functionality into the Next button on my scene. The button is set to Disabled, and only changed to Normal when the timeline ends (ensuring people read the page and listen to the audio!)... however, if someone clicks the Back button, I would like the Next button to be immediately available so that they don't have to listen to/read the whole page again if they have hit it by accident. I can't for the life of me work out a combination of triggers to get this working, so any suggestions would be gratefully received!
Thanks,
James

On the slide layers pane (SL2) where you see base layer,
hope it works!

Thanks Michelle - that does seem to work... however is there a way to set this up via the Slide Master?
Hmm, I'll have a look. It is possible to copy and paste the triggers. or the really lazy way (if you haven't done to much work) creating a blank slide with these settings / backgrounds etc and copying and pasting it when you need a new one, it keeps all the settings.
Good luck!
Hi James,
Another option is to apply the setting to multiple slides at once. To do that, go to the Story view of your project (where you see multiple slides at once), select all of your slides so they have a blue outline, and then use the slide properties panel in the lower right to apply the setting to all of them:
