Make a quiz in the usual way, with a results slide. On the Results Slide, set the score required to pass to "0."
Modify the "Pass" layer of the results slide to say something like: "Thank you for taking this quiz, your score is ___. Click the button to finish this lesson."
Then, on the last slide put a Complete Course trigger for when the timeline starts.
Before you publish, open the Reporting and Tracking tab and select "Track Using Complete Course Trigger."
My understanding of the Complete Course trigger is that it will send a binary Pass/Fail message to the LMS and ignore the results slide.

Thanks, John! :)
I'll try that out!
If you don't need to record the score in the LMS, you can also set the completion criteria based on slides viewed, and a pass/incomplete grade.
Thanks! :)
