Problem with greek font in custom text

I am developing an Articulate course in Greek language. The slide content is displaying fine. But the custom text for Exit, Attachment, Outline,etc.... are not displaying in a correct format. It is displaying as dots(...).

If anybody knows the solution for this issue, kindly help.
