Problems with Apple

Hello...I am having issues with my customers not being able to view content or receive scoring in my LMS when using Apple products, i.e. iPad, MACs, etc.  My LMS developer assures me that he has numerous clients utilizing Apple with the LMS and are not reporting any issues.  Any insight is appreciated as my clients are frustrated with the issue.

Hi Terry,

This kind of thing can be frustrating. 

We faced it once with an LMS vendor who was "compatible" with Mac/Apple, but it turns out that the way we deployed courses required some scripting in the browser that the Apple products were blocking. Of course this scripting worked great in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.  Before we were able to isolate the problem, there was a lot of finger pointing....

My suggestion is that you try to hold your LMS vendor accountable for an actual diagnosis and solution to YOUR problem, not just a confirmation that their system is compatible.
