This is a new one to me but when I published my last presentation and went to create the zip file is flashed up "problem with creating zip file" have tried a few more times but same issue, just tried uploading another presentation I published earlier on today and the LMS does not recognise the file? Must have to do with how it was published? Any suggestions?
Often the path length causes issues with crating a zipped file, or publishing to a network or usb drive, try publishing to the desktop and then create a zip, avoid any no alphanumeric charaters in your publish name
