I need to publish a storyline file for offline viewing. If I chose Publishing for CD, it provides me an EXE file as well as an HTML file. Both files can be viewed on my computer.
What if the individual, I am sending the file to does not have storyline installed on their computer? Will they be able to view the file by clicking on the HTML version or the EXE file?

Yes, your learners will not need Storyline installed.
