PUBLISHING TO ANDROID DEVICE

Experiencing difficulty publishing to an android device. Using a Vodafone Powertab 10. Content does not want to run. 

Have published it via the Web facility and selected all three options (include html, use mobile player...., etc)

How must we do this? Desperate for an answer
