I need help discovering how to make a quiz randomly select 10 questions out of 20 or so, and display that to the learner. The next time the learner takes the quiz they get a different set of 10 out of the 20. Is there a control in Quizmaker to do that?
Which Articulate product do you use? You can use question banks function to randomize questions set out of a pool of a question bank. You can refer to the article here for SL360. If you use others products you may also search for question bank.

I am using Studio 13.
I just found the control in Quizmaker called Randomize Group and include 10. There are 20 questions in the group.
Thanks for your help.
