Record Screen- Storyline 2

I'm having trouble with the Record Screen function in Storyline 2. We wanted to make "walk-thru" tests as part of our training. Unfortunately, it gets all messed up when it has to switch from typing to clicking to using the Tab key to using the Enter key. We use all of those at different points (we are a call center) so we need to include all of them. But we can't seem to figure out how to incorporate all of them. In the live environment, those options can be used interchangeably, so we tried to insert rules that accept any of them as correct answers. But it ignores the rules for some reason. Is there a way around this? Our trainees keep getting stuck or failing because they don't use the exact key stroke that we did when building the modules. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
