Recording Mouse Clicks in Screen Recording

Do Peek or Replay record mouse clicks when recording your screen?  I mean actual pauses in the video that record that the mouse was clicked, the video pauses, per mouse click, etc. in order to record a step by step process when recording your screen.  So, for example, "click one" the video would pause, I could add a marker, and say "start here", etc.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
