We have a standard that our programs cannot exceed 128kps for bandwidth. We are required to bandwidth test each module prior to launching. I have a 17 slide Storyline 2 presentation with no audio or video. All graphics are .jpg. The program processes at 211kps. How can I reduce the bandwidth required to process this program.
When you publish there should be a link/option to adjust the publish quality. You may have to play a little bit with the settings in order to meet your 128kps bandwidth limitation.
By reducing the image quality you may be able to improve your bandwidth.
Can you take your graphics back into a graphics package and reduce the color count thereby reducing the file size? Can you place anything on the Master slide which will also reduce your file size?

It is an AICC course.

Thank you for your reply. In it you indicated that "Step 4" in the following link, https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-2/articles/publishing-a-course-for-lms, may be of some benefit. Step 4 of this link deals with entering a course Description into the Publish information. Am I going to the correct link?
There are two step 4s. I found the other one and yes, it worked. Thank you.
David,
Moving graphics to the slide master and reducing their quality did the trick. Thank you.
