I need some assistance as I am missing the train coming at me. I want to change the Tab name from Tab 1...to a different name but have had no luck. I have attached a pic of what I am trying to do.
I selected the rename feature on the layer and typed in the new name but is didn't display on the template.

check the states tab or the View > Slide Master layouts to make the change.
