Resetting variable in quiz

Hi all,
I've build a quiz where I have a variable whick is keeping the score for the contestant. I want them to be able to retry the quiz. I've setup the retry button. I also build a trigger on the first page of the quiz to reset the variable to 0 (allready read that somewhere else on the forum). But I've build back and forward buttons on everypage, so the contestant can read the information again. So when they are halfway the quiz and want to read the first page again, the variable will be reset and their visual score will be set to 0. How can I reset the variable while still giving them the opportunity to revisit every page?

Hi Jan-Peter Hoogstrate, maybe you should set the trigger in the retry button rather than in the first page.
Hi Joanne, thanks for responding. I've allready tried that in my first attempts. But there was no result, the variable didn't change. I've allready set all pages to `decide automatically' and still no change in the variable.

it's a large file can you create a new file and import the quiz in and upload that?

I can't deliver the quiz separately, because the module exists only of the quiz. I removed all pictures and sound files. Hope that helps.
Hi Peter, I adjust the setting to the file. Please see if this is what you are looking for. I just set the trigger in the retry button and it works.
Hi Joanne, thank you so much! It works perfectly now. I'm surprised, because I allready set the trigger to the reset button. Is it possible that the order of triggers has such an effect that it could be the reason it didn't work earlier? I see you put the trigger first in row, I think I left it last in the row. Anyway, thanks very much!
Hi Peter, I am glad to be helpful. Yes, the triggers work orderly. If you set a trigger to jump to another slide before adjust variable, then it jumps first and will not able to run the rest settings.
