RISE module closes unexpectedly

Hi, community!
I have created a storyline block that sits within a RISE module which is then loaded up to an LMS. The user selects an icon that reveals a corresponding layer. This can be done in any order.
Myself and other have tested without issues, but a colleague is finding that when he selects the last icon, the browser tab he is accessing the LMS on closes.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this? It seems weird that it is just on his device (iPhone), but our LMS provider seems to think it is a setting on the module.
I have included the 360 file, the SCORM, and video of what he experienced.

The Storyline module has an exit course and complete course trigger when all of those items are selected.
Also, selected is a pre-built state that should work like a toggle. It works fine for your course. But if you used a visited state, you wouldn't need triggers to change to selected.

So should I delete one of the above triggers? I need (I think) the "Complete Course Trigger" to trigger the "Continue" block in Rise, so I am guessing the Exit one should go?
