Roles & Resposibilities

Dear All,

There is a requirement from Business Head to develop a course for his team on "Roles & Responsibilities".

The course should explain the overview of each responsibility of the employee.

Suggest your view points how can we design to make it effective and gamify this subject.

I would suggest 'Select an avatar' or 'choose a character' and then 'choose your own adventure' scenario options based on the roles and responsibilities. Introduce each of the R&Rs as the scenario plays out. Score points for successfully completing tasks relating to the R&Rs.
