Score results not correct storaged when aborting en restarting course

Hallo experienced course-builders,

I have a problem with all of mij courses built in articulate 360. When they are aborted by closing the web-browser and restarted after a while de results are not the same as they were before aborting.

By example:

Results.scorepercent was 50 before closing te he browser

When resuming the course te score is 35%

After aborting again and resuming the score is 0%

 

I got complains about it you will understand.

The score is gathered in a result slide.

Who can help me with that issue?

Hi Berend,

Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?

That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.

If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.

If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
