I need to include a signable form into one of my training courses... and the learners need to sign it within the e-Learning course. Tips? Tricks? please.

Using Storyline you could achieve something like simulating putting a signature on a form, but it would be tough to get the real signature in there without using some outside workarounds.
Would simulating signing something in Storyline 360 work for you?

How about embedding a web object with a signable PDF contained.
