I have created a course on articulate. When I view the course, the text appears okay but there is a delay from when the screen appears and the picture appears. On a lot of my slides, I have used a large picture which is transparent as a background. Is there a delay because the picture is quite large?
you can't attach files if you are replying by email you'll need to come into the forum and upload using the 'add attachment' button in the post. Also you might want to edit your email details out of the post if you don't want them displayed.

Is the picture at the beginning of the timeline or has it been shuffled along to appear after a delay?
Thanks for replying David. I've just checked and the picture is at the beginning of the timeline.
One more suggestion, is there an animation on the image with a really long duration? Failing that, if you upload the file I'll have a look.

Hi Pauline, the file isn't attached to your message. You need to use the grey Add Attachment button on the forum.
Also, when you replied via email all of your contact details have been displayed, you might want to edit your message to remove these!

Thanks David.
Thanks Wendy - all new to me. Details now removed.
Hi Pauline, could you upload the .story file, this is a Word doc. Thanks!
Sorry about that. Here you go.
Hi Pauline, the image is set to appear after 5 seconds on the timeline. Moving it to the start will solve the issue.
