Our company products/software go through updates every 3 months and training is needed for many employees and clients worldwide. Right now we have a standard eLearning course and then create "What's New" courses. This is getting very cumbersome. I'm looking for ideas on how others might handle this.
With an aggressive release schedule like that, I'm guessing perhaps you have major releases and then incremental updates/bug fixes?
If so, maybe you can vary the training to include mostly "job aid" type materials for the incremental releases, and then the more robust "what's new" training for the bigger releases.
