Hi, I just found out that when two people work on a same project and their path is not the same to link up those resource PDF links, that will break the links and this "external_files" folder is not even exist in the published folder. Can anyone help?
Thanks for the response. To answer your question: yes and no. Yes, because the person who sets up the project originally have the path at C:\Working\XXX_Project\docs\Resources. No because if a person or a contractor gets his or her path at E:\Working\XXX_Project\docs\Resources then the "external_files" folder does not appear. I notice that Storyline 1 doesn't have this problem.

Hi Calvin
are you following the recommendations for collaboration

If one person publishes does the external_files folder appear in the published output?

There is a bug in SL2 that causes this. The link location cannot change or this will happen.
