Studio '13 in Spanish

I have a colleague who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. He recently asked me about publishing eLearning tutorials in Spanish for our Mexico office. While I passed links and information on to him, they are all in English, and it will be a big burden to my colleague if he needs to translate between me and the SMEs in Mexico.

Ideally, the SMEs in Mexico should purchase a copy of the software and do their own publishing, and send me (as LMS admin) the files to be made accessible on our global LMS. I have searched, but I don't believe there is a Spanish language version of Articulate Studio (or Storyline). I am probably not the first person in this community to grapple with this problem, so I am soliciting suggestions and advice from others who have maybe found solutions that have not occurred to me.
