All depends on what you want to achieve. Using Storyline360 you can create a template for the quiz. And export a translation file in Word-format from it. Then its just changing the texts in it and reimporting and done. I can think of a dozen scenarios to mass produce courses and quizzes. All depends on what you need to change in any given quiz.
