Unable to close a course

Good morning,

I'm a "lay" person and not a course designer.  I have 5 courses on my custom site.  I have been told they are built in Studio 09.  We are experiencing an issue with the closing of the course after the final exam is passed.  When the completion button is clicked, it does nothing and therefore, the course does not close.  This seems to be an issue when the trainee uses IE as their browser.

Any help would be appreciated.  As of now, I have to manually close each course after completion.

Hi Steve. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Do you know what version of IE your trainees are using when they encounter this issue? Is it Internet Explorer 10, or earlier?
