Webinar software

We routinely conduct training through Go To Meeting and we'll record the webinars. A major portion of our outside team use iPads so the traditional publishing method of .wmv won't work on their devices. The poblem is that we are having to convert the recordings to .mp4 to play on the iPad. This is both time consuming and incosistent. Does anyone use anything that automatically records to mp4? Anyone have any good free conversion software that might make my job easier?
I appreciate the help!

I have heard good things about this inexpensive converter. As I understand it, this will batch conversion of folders of WMV to MP4.

I know that Adobe Connect works well with iPad. Actually there is an app called "Adobe Connect Mobile for iOS" available on iTunes. You may give it a try.

Adobe connect might work for you. I use it and love it but haven't done any testing for ipad.
Regarding converting files, you could try cloud convert: https://cloudconvert.org/
