Correct / Incorrect text

Hi,

How do I customise the Correct / Incorrect text?

The font colour is white on light grey which is not accessible and it is really hard to find where to edit this. I can't see anything in the feedback master nor the master stack.

Thanks

Where can we find the settings for this correct and incorrect box? My course is not giving proper text. For correctly chosen answer, during review it's showing incorrect box. And vice verse.

    • Hello Vidya,

I'm happy to help! To modify text labels for the Correct and Incorrect banners, please click the Home tab in the Storyline ribbon and select Player, as shown below.

When the Player Properties window opens, click Text Labels and change the custom text for these items:

If the Correct and Incorrect banners are still not displayed correctly after the process above, the problem may be related to how the quiz question is set up.

Would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us so we can investigate the issue further? You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.

  • Hello Learning Solutions,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like the default colors may have been changed when you switched or edited the theme that your course is using. You can follow the steps in this article to edit the colors of the banners used by your feedback banners to your preferred ones:

Please refer to the "Customizing Feedback Theme Colors" section to see exactly where you can select the banner colors.

Let me know if this works for you!
