Course freezing and next button disappearing when used in LMS

Hi,
I'm having the same problem. Some courses are freezing and it's impossible to select the "next" button to finish the course.
The issue occurs in different browser as well, and as my colleague said, it's only a group of people who is facing the issue.
How did you manage it?

This thread is a bit outdated, so I'd like to gather some clues.
- Does this issue only occur after uploading the course into your LMS? As a first step, I'd recommend testing in a different LMS environment like SCORM Cloud to see if you notice the same behavior. Here are those steps.
