error when loading mp4

I having problems loading a mp4 file in to a rise 360 course. I have tried in step and video boxes. I have changed the name of the file, no special characters and less than 15 characters. I have tried to sign out and back in. I am using chrome browser. I have loaded other videos in to the same module no problem. Any other tips?
