Exporting RISE to pdf not working
Giant pine scale RISE eLearning
Hi I am trying to export my RISE eLearning to pdf so that I can attach it as evidence in a report. However I am just getting a never end loop and no product exported. I recently updated my Articulate 360.

Hi, I cannot download the feedback I received in pdf from a Rise course. I need to share the feedback with some colleagues. What can I do? I have tried different navigators. When I download I get an html file named "false".
Thanks,
Karen

Hi! When I export Rise to PDF, it contains errors in printing emojis. I need emojis to replicate the look of GUIs as I can't paste an image. Help!
Hi Anali! I see that you're working with my teammate, Chester. Feel free to reply back to his last email to continue troubleshooting.

Hi Hazel,
thank you for your reply. Seems like the new year has one good turn already: The export worked without further tricks! Just tried to export it as pdf again and - voilá!
Thanks anyway, will keep it in mind if it happens again!

Glad to hear that it is working now, Felix! Happy New Year!

Hi, sorry to reanimate this ancient thread, but I have exactly the same problem, download of a course exported to pdf does not work.
I get the email, get to the page with the download link, but it just does not download. Been through the procedure about 5 times now, at some stage it even showed up in the downloads (but with 0KB downloaded and no progress).
I do NOT have a process block in the course (never had), it is a small course (actually just a first draft).
When I click on the download link, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing.

Hi Felix! So sorry you are encountering issues in downloading your course to PDF. Does this happen only to this course or all of your Rise courses?
If it happens to just one course, can you duplicate the course and then try to download the PDF from the duplicate?
If you're still having trouble, please open a case with us here and one of our technical support engineers will be glad to assist you.

Thanks. Stef
Hi Stefaniada,
I'll let Gren know that you're unable to share your course with her due to copyright. She will help you with alternatives!

Yes, they did, however I can't upload the course as they ask me to do, firstly because it is a Rise course and secondly due to copyright. What do you advice? Stef
