Finding your work in Articulate /Rise

Seems basic doesn't it but I cannot quantify the time I waste trying to find courses I am building and have built in the strangely defined and ill-structured Articulate index system...if you can call it that.

My ask is very very basic and very very simple...please, please, please can we have a process whereby ALL your work for a specific project can be accessed together irrespective of whether you, a colleague, your aunt or the dog created it, who you shared it with and/or didn't or whether its in microlearning, on a piece of paper in a cook book or anywhere else.  Who at Articulate will take this up and who will build it and when will it be available?  Please save me before I throw my mug of coffee all over the screen!!!
