If you already have a free text quiz available, you can use Rise 360's embed block to include it in your course. Note that that quiz must already be hosted on a website or a webserver for this method to work. 

If you don't have a quiz yet, you can design your quiz in Storyline 360 if any available question slides fit your needs, and embed this Storyline 360 course as a block in Rise 360.
