Help! Screen goes blank in preview mode
Hello!
I have a built-in timer that I created on the master slide. I am also using a template I found here on articulate.
I modified it, and everything worked perfectly. I've used this hundreds of times in the past 2 years.
Today, I decided to modify this course by adding a review incorrect answers button. I also added a true-false variable to turn the timer off while reviewing.
Everything was working just fine, then out of nowhere, the preview just went blank. I have removed the new variable and put it back. Published under a new name. It just simply is not working!
Please help!
Hi there, in your SLIDE MASTERs, layout "Question" you have a trigger "Show layer Timer if Timer = value True". Looking at layer "Timer" on this layout, the layer has a solid white background, which is blocking the view of the base layer. This appears to be what we are seeing. Changing the layer background to "No fill" will correct the issue.
