Thanks for reaching out! You are correct that you can download your user list which includes the last login time. Users are signed out of Articulate 360 every 30 days (or after 7 days of inactivity).
While we don't have the ability to force users to log out of their accounts, I'd be happy to share your thoughts with our team.

Thanks for that reply. So let me ask a clarifying question: Even if I use Articulate 360 every day, I will be signed out every 30 days? And then my login data will be updated once I login?

I can confirm that you are correct, and that is the expected behavior. By default, sessions are live for 30 days. There is also an inactivity timeout, which kicks in at the 7-day mark. After that, the new log-in data will be reflected on the downloaded CSV file.
