pasted text size

Hi all -

Apologies if this has been covered before but I couldn't find a relevant discussion...

Whenever I copy text (either from within my Storyline file or from an external source) and paste it as unformatted text, it pastes in at 8.5 pt size.

I have set the Default Text box, I have set and reset the Normal style, I have checked the Theme fonts.  No matter what I do, text always pastes (unformatted) at 8.5 font size.  Seems it should paste at the Default text box standard (which in my case is 12pt).

Thoughts?

    Hi Chris and Claire,

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.

    I did a quick test on my end using a new Storyline 360 project file, and without changing any of the fonts and font sizes, I can confirm that pasting unformatted text pastes the text in the default Open Sans size 12 font. 

    Since your text is defaulting to font size 8.5, can I ask if you are using the latest version of Storyline 360? If you aren't, try updating to the latest version to see if this works for you. If you're already using the latest version, please make a Peek 360 recording of the behavior so I can take a closer look at what's happening.
