Sorry to hear that you've been running into trouble when previewing a course in Storyline 3. I'd be happy to help figure out what could be causing that!
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand what you are experiencing a little better:
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Since the issue occurs across all files, have you tried performing a repair of Storyline 3 to see if that improves behavior? This procedure is different from a normal reinstall and makes sure that your application is installed properly under the correct user permissions.
