Quiz in Rise - show incorrect answers only
Both myself and the students prefer the interface for the quiz in Rise. It also allows a one-stop learning material versus having to click on a separate component to do the quiz.
But one feature that's lacking is the ability to show incorrect answers only. I want students to know that their answer is incorrect without showing them the right one. Is this feature coming soon or do I have to settle for Quizmaker?
Hi, everyone! Now you can make quizzes more challenging. Show learners feedback without revealing correct answers! Find out how in this article. Enjoy!

Hi there, this issue has been raised by customers of ours as well. Is there any plans to let producers edit the settings or to change the way the feedback is shown when doing knowledge checks? As others have mentioned, it would be preferred to have the option of removing the "Try again" text and/or preferably not revealing the right and wrong answers when submitting. Any news on this? Thanks.
Hi there, Lisa! I appreciate you checking in. While this isn't on our roadmap for new features right now, we'll let you know if that changes in the future.

Hi Alyssa, I know this isn't on the current roadmap, but I am chiming in to let my voice be heard! A current client has requested that the quiz in Rise show the learner the questions answered incorrectly without showing them the correct answer. Thanks for being our voice! :)

Oh I wish we had this. Without it we've had to hide all feedback rational from students because they take the same quiz a different points in the course.

Good morning,
Is there an update on providing feedback only when the answer is incorrect? When this tool is being used for Quizzes we do not want to give the correct answer. If this is not on the radar for updates now, what is the process for requesting it be added? I have read comments from the last 2 years searching for a workaround within Rise.
Thanks
Hi Ashley. Thanks for chiming in! The number of people commenting here is one of the factors we use to prioritize feature requests along with other work we're currently developing in Rise 360. I've got your voice counted, and we'll share here if we have new information!

I agree with Rebecca, the content we are building requires individuals to take more than one quiz after completion of a module --

Hello!
We are also having the same problem with knowledge checks (not quizzes) revealing the correct answer when the user submitted an incorrect response. We don't want the correct answer to be revealed if they're wrong. Is there any update on this?Hi there! Knowledge checks will always reveal the correct answer by default.
Could you instead use a checkbox list block to allow users to choose an answer to a question? Add a continue button beneath, and if you have feedback to reveal, you can add a text block next. Check out this sample preview:

Wondering if there's been progress on this - pushing learners back through questions they already answered correctly isnt ideal.
Another feature that would be useful would be an "abort" or re-attempt button in the assessment. If faced with 10 questions at a 100% pass rate and the learner gets the first one wrong, they have to click through the whole 10 questions with no chance of passing!
Failing these 2 requests, an instant re-attempt option could suffice as a work around until this thread's main issue is resolved - JoshGeiger-93feCommunity Member
It really is head-scratching. I feel like there must have been a disconnect between L&D professionals and the software developers that built this functionality.
