Rise lost when sending a copy?
Hi everyone,
I'd like to know if anyone has ever experienced a Rise getting lost went sent. I'm sending some Rises to another author, and I have been told some Rises have never been received.
Unfortunately I have no way to verify as I don't have access to this other author's account and Rise 360 doesn't provide a list of emails the Rise has been shared with (--> which by they way would be extremely useful!!)
Does this problem sound familiar to anyone?

We aren't seeing this issue happening to other Rise 360 users. Does resending the course a second time help? Or does the course never reach the intended recipient regardless of how many times the course is sent?
If the issue is still happening, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
