Rise Slow to Respond and Unresponsive
Hi,
My team and I have noticed that Rise is slow to respond and then becomes unresponsive. We have tried all the steps you have sent previously (clearing cache, restarting, etc.). Is there anything else we can do?

This has been going on all week, I have had at least a half dozen times where it will crash completely either Rise360 or Review360. Beyond that like Jenn mentioned it offend spins without doing anything or has the "Page Unresponsive" notices which I am receiving dozens of per day at this point.

Hi Britton,
I'm not having any of the issues you are describing, so it's not a general Rise problem.
Looking at the screenshot you attached, there is a security policy that is blocking access to certain web sites because they have been classified as unsafe.

Also one of our co-workers has tried to post to this thread and its being marked as reported and removed each time.

I tried accessing Rise from my personal license and on my person laptop and still received the unresponsive page notice.

Hi Tricia, Jenn, and Britton! So sorry to hear that Rise is slow to respond and becomes unresponsive on your end. From the screenshot, It looks like something is blocking Rise access.
Can you ask your IT department to add these highlighted endpoints to the allowlist.
If that does not solve the issue, kindly open a case with us here so that one of our technical support engineers can work with you direcly.

I have this issue for the last 3 weeks and tried absolutely everything. It takes much longer for me to .create. I even tried what was shared from the team. I even worked with technical support. It seems this is going on for over two years. I am also not on a work server and my wifi is very fast.
Hi Gerda!
Sorry to hear you've been experiencing slowdowns while authoring in Rise 360!
I noticed that you've opened a support case and connected with my teammate, Cleober. It looks like he replied to your e-mail sharing troubleshooting steps. If you're still having trouble, feel free to follow up with Cleober through your case.

I followed all of the steps and it is still slow. I send videos to you. It is frustrating to pay so much money for something that is slower than a snail. I hope you understand I reached my limit now. All i receive is emails on how I must clear this and use this.... all done and it is still slow
