I am uploading a 12 minute video in Rise and it has been processing the video for over an hour! I have added a similar length video before and no issue, but this one doesn't seem to progress. Any suggestions? I have tried a few times and still the same result.

What's the file size? Can you please try deleting the video block, clearing your browser cache, and uploading the video again? If the video still doesn't load, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers. You can start a case here and they'll be happy to help!
Thanks Kelly! It finally worked! I did remove the video block before, but I hadn't cleared my browser cache, so I did that and it's now working. Thanks!
