Just installed Peek today (Windows) but it won't open no matter which way I try to do it. When I try to access it from the system tray, the icon disappears before I can click on it. When I try to access from the start menu and the 360 app, nothing happens when I click on it. I've restarted my computer since the install, and my 360 app is showing that it has successfully been installed. Any thoughts?
I am sorry that you are hitting this snag here. We currently have a similar issue where Peek isn't opening when it's connected to a docking station and two external monitors.
Does this match your setup? Will Peek open if you disconnect from the docking station?

Nope - that didn't work. I also tried disconnecting from my VPN and that didn't help either.

This is helpful. Would it work if I disconnected one of my monitors, while still using a docking station and one additional monitor? Thanks!
As an fyi, yes, this worked. I disconnected my laptop's screen and used my two larger monitors and I can use Peek 360 without issue.
