I have 2 AOC 4k monitors. I've tried to launch Peek so many different ways but it won't work. I uninstalled today and reinstalled. I've clicked the system tray, I've tried to open from the articulate 360 app, I've right-clicked the system tray. I've gone into the folder where the software files are installed and double clicked on the Peek App file.
Has anyone else had this issue? I'm not even sure if it's because of the monitors.
The icon is gray which makes me think it's disabled when I see an icon like that (I thought I remembered it looking blue.
Hi there, Kyle. We have a similar issue where Peek isn't opening when it's connected to a docking station and two external monitors. Does this match your setup? Will Peek open if you disconnect from the docking station?
