Technical Difficulties

Hi Guys,
it's 2:22pm in Brisbane Australia. I have been trying to record a Peek video. It's not been responding to my click on the red button to record until I've clicked it 4 or 5 times. Second, the moment I start recording, the pause option DOES NOT pop up. It did on the first go around but now it's my 3rd and its completely disppeared. Is anyone experiencing technical issues with Peek? Or I am doing something wrong...

I'm on Bribie Island and not having those issues with Peek. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Peek? This KB article may help you
Hey Wendy - no, I've only rebooted my PC every time because I can't close the recording. Yes, I can certainly try that.
