Articulate Review Feedback Error Message

Hello,
Please see attachment. Sometimes, when someone submits feedback through Articulate Review, the feedback (comments) are listed, but the screen shot it takes of the slide they are on shows error coding. This does not happen for every individual that provides feedback. It is only consistent with one person each time. Can you help troubleshoot? The work around is to view the eLearning in Articulate Review and see the comments as I come across them instead of being on the Feedback tab. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi Brittany, that's really strange! Interesting that it consistently happens with one reviewer. Do you know what browser that person is using to review your content? These are supported.

The reviewer is using Google Chrome, so I will reach out to the Support Engineers. Thank you for your help!
