There isn't a way to change that font contrast right now, but once you click inside you'll see that the font color does go to a black making it easier to see. It's a good item to note to our team though in terms of how things are looking to you and what you'd like to see in the form of a feature request!
A bit of a late reply, but can I second this. The "Add a reply" text is really hard to see. Some of our clients have missed this and added new comments. This isn't great from an accessibility point of view. Also, the difference between Resolved and Unresolved comments is barely distinguishable.
I should just say - apart from that, Review is great!
I appreciate you taking the time to share this request with us! At this time Review 360 isn't fully compliant with the accessibility guidelines such as WCAG. This includes the visible features specifically color contrasting.
I'm sharing these details with our team in the form of a feature request. We are always tracking customer requests and input so I encourage you to continue sharing what beneficial additions to Review 360.
