Articulate Review not working

Hi
I have published several articulate 360 files to review and while they publish fine and are visible as thumbnails, when I try to review the module a grey screen is displayed along with the message - The item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready. Interestingly Rise files publish and are visible in Articulate Review.
The IT department have looked into the problem and have advised that no URLs are blocked and so they see no reason why the function isn't working.
So I just wondered whether someone could tell me what URL's are required for Articulate Review to work. This way it may help my IT department to work out what the problem is. Or if someone knows what the problem is that would be great.

Sorry you're having trouble! There are a few resources you'll want to allowlist to ensure that Articulate Review (and all the other products within Articulate 360) run smoothly. Share this article with your IT team, and let me know if that solves it!
