To add to this. I published to LMS, HTML5 only, and audio file played just fine from my computer. Once I published it to the web...the audio file cut off again...just like it did in Review 360.

Is this happening on a specific browser or multiple ones? Also, are you comfortable with sharing the source file with me for testing? That way, I can publish the course on my end and test it in similar environments!
I've resolved the issue on my own by modifying and resaving the audio file.
There must have been some glitch in the original audio file that caused the
audio to stop playing when delivered online.
