Our learners are having trouble posting comments for a Storyline course without an Articulate account.
Your documentation says only an email address is required, however, our testers are being asked for a password.
I have checked the box to allow users without an Articulate ID to post comments. Please see attached.
How can I enable this feature, it has always worked before? Thank you for your help.
From your documentation:
By default, anyone who has a link to a project can review it and post comments—no account required. They'll just be prompted to enter their email address when they post comments so they can receive notifications for replies.

If they have ever associated their email with an Articulate account they will need to login or use another email address.
