I published a course from Storyline 360 sucessfully a few time but i keep getting a message on Review 360 "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." I've removed the session and published again but still getting the error. Is there an issue in Review at the moment?
I'm sorry you've hit this snag when publishing to Review 360; I'm happy to help! I tried publishing a sample Storyline course to Review with no issues and haven't heard of similar reports.
To rule out a possible file-related problem, do you mind attaching your Storyline file to this discussion so we can test it on our end? You can also share it privately in a support case; we'll delete the file from our systems when we're done!
