Response to comments in review 360 aren't delivered to reviewer

I have two people that review a program after edits are done. One person, when I respond to their comments and post, gets notified via email immediately. The second person, when I post a response to their comments, does not get an immediate email notification. She has immediate notification turned on in her Review360 account. I get emails from her when she adds comments.

Just wondering why she's doesn't received my posted comments until I republish the program?

Thank you for reaching out! 

Is the second person not receiving the email notifications at all? What might be taking place is that the emails are going to this person's spam folder. If they could check to see if the emails are appearing in their spam folder, that would help to see if that is the culprit. 

If the notification emails are not coming through at all, please let us know!
